It’s panto time again in the UK… with the slapstick, craziness and innuendos flying as fast as a foam pie in the face…

Nearly 400 Robe ParFect S1s LED luminaires are in action lighting the newly opened Royal Tank Museum in Amman, Jordan, illuminating 110 x battle-worn tanks from a century of wars in the Middle East and other more distant conflicts.

Just like the fairy-tale glass slipper that glided effortlessly onto Cinderella’s foot uniting her and Prince Charming, lighting designer Andy Webb has designed a beautifully colourful and fitting lighting scheme for “Cinderella”, this season’s pantomime at Blackpool UK’s famous Grand Theatre … utilising entirely Robe LED products.

Robe PARfect S1 LED fixtures, delivering a crisp, well defined 6000K of white light - are providing a great solution at Landvetter International Airport in Goteborg, Sweden, where they are illuminating two separate Volvo car display areas – one in the Departures Hall and the other one airside in Arrivals by the baggage carousels.

Robe took its winning themed theatre environment concept to the 2016 Prolight+Sound expo, transporting the Robe Piazza to Hall 3 of the Frankfurt Messe, where the Czech manufacturer invested in a space three times larger than at any previous Prolight …. and ensured it was the talk of the show!

Robe will bring impact and style to booth D80 in Hall 3 of the Frankfurt Messe for Prolight+Sound 2016, taking a booth size three times larger than before accommodating literally hundreds of guests that will recreate a timeless classical theatrical environment.

ULA Group represented Robe on the recent 2016 Entech Roadshow in Australia which visited five major cities – Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth reaching out to a wide cross section of industry professionals from all sectors.

Building on the great success of the ‘Robe Arena’ at PLASA 2014 to mark the company’s 20th anniversary, this year Robe takes another large space at PLASA London in the ExCeL Centre, and will make a BIG impact with its newest products and technology, focusing on innovations specifically aimed at theatre and television lighting applications.

Robe was right at the centre of the buzz at the 2015 Mediatech Africa expo in Johannesburg last week, taking their own stand space for the first time alongside that of distributor DWR, one of South Africa’s leading lighting sales companies.

Robe made a big impact at the 2015 Sound Check Xpo in Mexico City working closely with its Mexican distributor Vari Internacional, who this year swapped the space they had occupied in recent years for a larger, more visible booth in Olmeca III, an environment offering full control over surrounding noise, ambient lighting, etc.

Robe enjoyed another mega busy and successful Prolight+Sound expo in Frankfurt, Germany, with the launch of 10 new products and four hyperactive days on the booth in Hall 11 at the Messe exhibition centre.
